Hello, so as of now I have 16 weeks to finish this project. I'm not going to lie that's a scary number for me, but I know it's possible if I try. The first week coming back I really tried to have everyone's schedules to the tea. I made an email for our film and put everyone's school schedule into it, people can also view and edit it to add work and such. I also put in their important due dates, when we should do blog posts, stuff like that. After that we had our meeting Friday and let's just say, I got nervous. We went and had a group meeting of sorts. Normally I can be shy in those, but this time I actually spoke up and used some skills I learned from my old job to help get everyone organized, so now we have two people who finalized the story, and everyone had a goal, in the end I became the production manager, which not going to lie it caught me off guard, but I knew that I would try. So, this week I organized all the folders for our project, made the unreal project, did some research on effects in unreal with Kieran, figured out how multiuser for unreal works and made a document explaining it, set up a mocap review and made a document on that. I also helped set up a Miro bored and did some research on environments and got that shared with everyone and set up our sync sketch page with topic that we can present and look at and comment. My goal for the upcoming week is to get all the assets that we currently have in unreal and maybe get some shots and camera set up, since we have an animatic due Friday. Not going to lie I'm scared but I am going to do my best to be prepared.
