So now that the break happened, I did get some energy from that and got some more done. I finished that asset sheet I was talking about last time and then I started to texture the courthouse. Tomorrow being the last class we have I would like to work towards the goal of getting everything that I can into unreal engine that we have. I recently finished another class where I used Unreal engine to make a temple kind of thing. one thing that I realized after getting done with that project is that the sooner you get everything together, the better. I felt like I had stuff in that project that I didn't use because it just did not end up working in the scene, so I had less stuff than I wanted to, but no time to edit the stuff to have it work. So, I would like to work on getting everything together as much as possible, so we can make those adjustments now. Another thing that I want to get done tomorrow is I want to sit down with my group and plan the shot and asset sheet out and leave nothing blank, so that we can be realistic with ourselves. The break and extra week of working on textures helped me reflect as the manager and figure out what our next step are, and I feel that putting the scene together and filling out these two sheets is what we need to do in order to see how the next few months will look for us. I also feel that my team is starting to get tired, which makes sense because everyone in my team has been working hard and doing amazing, even if we don't hear it enough. Another thing that is frustrating to me is how we had the step back with unreal versions. Our group didn't have an issue personally beside with the filter. Figuring out how we want to work can be tough. Finally, I would like to address this a little in my post. I have found that as of lately there has been a lot of drama in the class about many different things. One thing that I have noticed from that drama is that people in our group, including me are getting frustrated due to the drama going on weather involved or not. I have found that the atmosphere has been hard to work in overall because it just feels like there is a lot of tension in the air, so I am hoping that the break coming up will give everyone a chance to cool off because being frustrated has not done any of the groups favors, yes, it's not their fault of what's going on, but still has not been helpful. I feel confident and can't wait to post more unreal scene updates and I hope that the last few months we can go in strong.
